About Cycle Breakers

Membership includes The 90 Day Alignment Course, mentorship and coaching from Schwartz with text and video support, educational posts, and accountability from other members.[1] New members begin what the listing calls the 90 day alignment challenge.[1]

Schwartz also runs a YouTube channel about healing emotional trauma and shifting behaviour patterns, and the channel points viewers to the Cycle Breakers community.[2] A booking page in Schwartz's name offers one-on-one calls and mentorships, including a six-week mentorship with sessions of at least an hour roughly each week.[3]

On that page Schwartz states: "I am not a licensed professional when it comes to mental health."[3] Its terms for those one-on-one services allow no refunds unless Schwartz is unable to provide the service.[3]
