About 🏠 Lower Taxes w/ Ryan

The entry tier includes the basic version of a tool called the Uncle Sam Slayer, a tax savings course, a coffee chat with Ryan, and live training calls with recordings.[1] A second tier adds more tools in the Uncle Sam Slayer, monthly calls with recordings and tax return filing.[1] The highest tier adds 24/7 email and text support, three one-to-one calls with a tax advisor and weekly calls with direct access to Bakke.[1]

Tax Strategy 365 works on acquisition strategy, entity structuring, cost segregation, Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) qualification and exit planning such as installment sales and opportunity zones.[2][3] The firm trades as Make Like Simple Consulting PLLC, and its team includes the CPA tax advisors Mason Kimball and Kevin Medina.[4] Bakke shares the same playbook every week on The Ryan Bakke Show, and in an April 2026 podcast episode with Mark Ainley he compared a tax preparer, who looks backward like a historian, with a tax strategist who helps architect the future.[2][5]

The Tax Strategy 365 website states that it does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice, and that all its content is for general informational purposes only.[4] It also states that the results referenced on the website are not typical and are not a guarantee of success, and that results will vary based on situation, effort and many other factors.[4]
