About Capital Raising & Investing.

Membership has three parts: a library of lessons, frameworks, case studies and playbooks that cover raising capital, investing, structuring deals and building a network; a community with forums, member-led sessions and introductions; and deals, meaning visibility into live opportunities and tools for structuring involvement in them.[1][3] The GILD site, gildmembers.com, adds live workshops recorded for different time zones, regional meetups, deal-structuring frameworks and templates, and a weekly Capital & Deals brief by email.[3] The full content library opens on joining, with no drip or gating, and the site calls GILD a give-first community that is not for people looking for get-rich-quick schemes or only there to pitch a deal.[3]

Laing's other offers include the Get Launched program on running monthly networking events, the Veblen Director Programme on securing a board seat, an EZ Media package for getting published and profiled, and an Access Engineering Programme for a small number of operators each year.[2] The site also sets out the CARES Framework, on gaining access to inner circles, and says Laing has been raising capital for private and public companies for more than 15 years.[2] A YouTube channel promotes a related GILD Ambassador Program, led by Laing, which it presents as a way to match opportunities with investor needs and close deals.[4]

As of September 2026, the listing said the paywall was down while the community grows and that people who join keep lifetime access.[1]
