About Alignment of Light Community

Members get a live weekly guided meditation with Q&A and access to the recordings, an open forum for discussion, and a daily practice.[1] Teaching covers breathwork, yoga and what the group calls activations, with modules on the organs, the brain, energy bodies, the toroidal field and karmic healing.[1]

Galibov began teaching publicly in 2014.[2] Besides Alignment of Light, Galibov created the programs Master Thyself, which runs in cohorts, Astral Projection Masterclass and Embodied Wisdom Mentorship, and describes an approach that blends energetic awareness, guided activation and spiritual psychology.[2][3] Galibov's website also lists guided meditation recordings, an online academy and in-person retreats.[3]
