About Identity Shift Free Training

Members get a mental training track aimed at a pro-level mindset, the Killer Mentality Course on confidence and competitiveness, and a masterclass of personalised lessons on mental game problems.[1] The group also carries podcasts and interviews with NHL players and coaches, and a network for connecting with other players and mentors.[1]

The free training matches the offer of Identity Shift Hockey, a mental-performance coaching business operated by Jeff Corson Searles for players, coaches and parents.[2][3] Its owner and head coach consults for minor, junior, college and pro players, and its Next Level Coaching Program offers personalised one-to-one and group help.[2] The business also sends a weekend newsletter, The Identity Letter.[2]

Identity Shift Hockey's terms require buyers to be at least 18, or to have parental or guardian consent when enrolling a minor, and say sales are generally non-refundable once delivered.[3]
