About The Vanity Club

Members get monthly live Fireside Chats, video tutorials, prep and recovery playbooks for cosmetic procedures, and lower-cost swaps for high-cost items.[1] The listing says it also explains the science behind why products work and carries Garcia's personal notes on each one.[1]

Garcia also sells a private one-on-one session that builds a full beauty and wellness plan, with a customized Beauty Blueprint delivered within 48 hours.[3] Rewritten Beauty is marketed as luxury anti-aging skincare built on senolytics.[3] Garcia hosts I'd Like to Thank MySELF, a show on beauty and skincare, and writes Hot AF Over 40 on Substack every week.[2][4] Garcia's Skool profile gives the title Clinical Nutritionist, and Garcia describes having built The Institute of Transformational Nutrition, a school for health professionals.[1][4] The site is published under the names Cynthia Garcia and Defying Gravity, Inc.[3]
