About Bulletproof Cycling Club

The free tier gives members a training program, a clear "today's ride" structure, and guidance on fitting the plan to their body, schedule and goals.[1] The website offers a free training plan matched to each rider and features member stories from riders in their 50s to 90s.[2] It also advertises open roles for people who want to help athletes ride stronger and live healthier.[2]

Club plans are also sold through a coach profile on TrainingPeaks, including the FIRST Bulletproof Cycling Club MAP Test and a BCC Longevity of Motion series.[3] That profile presents Scott Maclean as an international level coach and bike fitter with over 30 years' experience and a British Cycling Level 2 coaching badge.[3] He offers one-to-one coaching, club and team seminars, training camps, bike fits, DNA testing, nutritional planning and motivational support, and works with athletes using heart rate monitors or power meters.[3] The profile says he coached several National Champions in Scotland and the Ghana team at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.[3]

Plans bought on TrainingPeaks are covered by that platform's refund policy, and with the author's approval a buyer may swap one for another plan of the same value by the same author.[3]
