About Perimenopause Uncensored

The group is meant for women who no longer want to hide how they are coping or go through the change on their own.[1] Every few months, guest doctors, therapists and specialists in perimenopause join to answer questions.[1] Members can read quietly and join conversations when they choose.[1]

Faulkner also offers confidence coaching and personal style work beyond the group.[3] Faulkner talks weekly on YouTube about perimenopause, body acceptance and personal style, with videos on weight changes, identity shifts, ageing and dressing for visibility.[2][3] A separate community run by Faulkner sits at ownyourreflection.mn.co.[2]
