About Top Coaches & Advisors Network

The free community offers the Coach's Toolkit and material on coaching frameworks and building a practice.[1] Paid members join the Trusted Advisor Network, which has a 7-day free trial; as of September 2026 it cost $99 a month or $999 a year.[1] That tier adds monthly masterclasses, live hot seats with experts, a 24-step plan built around four domains of a coaching practice, Coaching Fundamentals and Business of Coaching courses, and Cockpit.coach software.[1]

The flagship offer is the Lifetime Trusted Advisor Program, a peer mastermind and advanced coach training program that runs as a 6-month intensive for experienced coaches.[1][3] Each month participants attend a 2-day training weekend, online or in person, where Franklin and Russell teach more than 24 coaching models.[3] The program also includes weekly group coaching calls, hand-picked peer groups of 5 to 6 experienced coaches, and access to CoachingOS masterclasses and their archive.[3] Entry is by application, and qualified applicants receive a free 45-minute strategy session.[3]

The Cockpit.coach site presents the software as CoachingOS, which it describes as a set of AI agents for expanding a coach's network, managing a pipeline and tracking client progress.[4] That site carries a copyright notice for Quadratic, Inc.[4]
