About Global Business Growth Club

Baker's firm, James Baker & Associates Corp., is a licensed CPA firm that helps international entrepreneurs form US companies, open US business bank accounts and handle tax compliance.[2][3] Its services include LLC formation, remote business bank account opening for non-residents, and tax planning and advisory support for foreign-owned US businesses.[2][4][5][6] Baker opened an independent tax practice in 2021 after a decade in public accounting and corporate tax.[2] Baker's YouTube channel posts weekly videos on US LLCs, taxes, forms, compliance and avoiding problems with the IRS, along with client interviews.[7]
