About Career Launch Club 🚀

The free tier includes three live employability events.[1] The premium tier adds weekly group coaching calls every Friday lunchtime with Farrah, whom the listing presents as a coach and former hiring manager, plus more than 80 hours of employability masterclasses and over 40 recorded sessions with speakers from different sectors.[1] Premium members also get the Stand-Out CV and Unforgettable Interviewee packs and free access to four tools: Assessment Day test practice, the Jobscan Premium ATS checker, the UK Visa Jobs sponsor jobs board and the With Poli sponsored jobs board.[1]

According to The Grad Coach site, Farrah spent five years hiring students and graduates, vetting CVs and running interviews and assessment centres, then retrained as a psychological coach in 2021 and relaunched as The Grad Coach.[2] The Grad Coach sells one-to-one coaching: as of September 2026, the Career Accelerator cost £345 a month with a three-month minimum and the 30-day Career Intensive cost £245 one-time, and the site lists premium Career Launch Club access as included.[2] The Stand-Out CV Platinum Pack, sold separately on Stan for £20 as of September 2026, contains a 90-minute CV masterclass recording with slides, eight CV examples from previously hired graduates and a guide to cover letters and written responses.[3]
