About K2X Real Estate Training

It runs as a community, free to join, with a paid Premium tier.[1] Premium includes two live training sessions a week, direct access to Alex as a prospecting coach, more than 40 scripts and dialogue systems, and a training library that is added to regularly.[1] Coaching covers tonality, objections, appointment setting, seller discovery and vendor management.[1] The group owner's Skool bio lists the roles COO of K2X, CEO of K2X Auto and real estate phone sales coach.[1]

K2X Pty Ltd was founded by Kallan Richards, its CEO, who worked as a real estate agent for 6.5 years before starting it.[3] Alexander Rorris is the company's COO and head trainer and previously spent five years at McGrath Estate Agents.[3] Besides the calling service, K2X trains agents' in-house staff to prospect and runs a masterclass on how it generates listings.[2][3] A promoted article from August 2022, marked as paid content, says K2X launched in 2020 and had grown to a staff of 45 by then.[4]
