About GROUP HOME MASTERY MENTORSHIP

Members get weekly live coaching, step-by-step training, implementation support and a community of fellow entrepreneurs.[1] The training covers licensing, state minimum standards and policies, staffing compliance, Medicaid and payor credentialing, payroll, billing and EVV setup, and risk management, with templates and checklists for putting it into practice.[1]

The Group Homes for Newbies website presents Lynette Wheaton as a serial entrepreneur, business mentor and community advocate, and teaches how to start a group home through an online course, in-person city visits and a 2-day conference.[2] The site says Wheaton's company Rush to Wheat Homes has housed veterans, disabled people and people re-entering society after incarceration, and that Wheaton also runs a home care agency, Above All Home Care.[2] On YouTube, Nette Renee, the founder of Group Homes for Newbies, covers how unlicensed group homes work and how to start and scale a home care agency, with live hot seats and free weekly trainings.[3]
