About Family iD

The live working sessions run on Sundays at 3:30 PM CST, and the listing stresses that members build their plan on the call rather than listen to a lecture.[1] Members work toward a Family Blueprint, which sets down the home's mission and vision in writing, and a legacy strategy with practical steps for passing on faith, with accountability from other parents doing the same work.[1] The group is aimed at parents who feel their home has drifted and want to lead it again, and at families who want to be intentional about faith.[1]

Family ID's approach, the 100-Year Family Vision, covers four areas: spiritual direction, relational strength, financial stewardship and missional impact.[2] Its stated vision is to help families discover their identity in Christ and so lay a foundation for many Godly generations, and it describes its work as guiding families on a journey of self-discovery toward their identity and purpose.[2] The organization has added online resources, books and journals, and a free Family Assessment that it compares to a personality test for a whole family.[2] It employs a team of five, and its YouTube channel shares tools and resources meant to help families uncover who they are together.[2][3]
