About The Standard

Members get daily practices, meditations, challenges and live trainings, material on neuroscience, mindset rewiring and leadership, and a live Q&A with Smith.[1] The listing also includes what it calls subconscious and success frequency reprogramming.[1]

Smith also sells a 31 Day Challenge for ambitious men and gives keynotes that combine neuroscience, heart and brain coherence and high performance.[2] His Mental Performance Accelerator is a six-week group program with four live training sessions totalling more than 12 hours and weekly integration calls, and a six-month 1:1 coaching program includes membership of a private Peak Performance Club.[3] Smith describes becoming a trainer for NeuroChangeSolutions, the corporate training entity of Dr. Joe Dispenza.[4] A February 2024 interview on corporate stress and work-life balance described his earlier sales career with Fortune 1000 companies in the RV and marine industries, and in it he described an office optimization course with NABA aimed at reducing burnout.[5]
