Seabridge is Group CEO of Opulentia Capital, a mergers, acquisitions and private equity firm.^[2] In a bylined interview published in April 2023, he described Opulentia's model of buying well-run, established companies in fragmented marketplaces and then rolling up the industry by buying smaller companies and creating one larger one.^[2] He describes the book as a guide that follows his journey to buying his first business and starting his first company.^[2]
