About Curative Investor

The listing teaches members to spot curative opportunities, research and position distressed assets and dispose of deals, backed by weekly coaching, joint ventures on larger transactions, and tested contracts, scripts and sales frameworks.[1] On the website, the free tier covers an introduction to the curative model, community Q&A and weekly value posts.[2]

Paid options include a 12-week cohort of four weeks of structured content followed by eight weeks of live coaching, deal review and accountability.[2] Other tiers are The Founding Ten, an annual membership with 10 seats and live Q&A, and a VIP tier adding more live calls, team training, a private mastermind and sales training.[2] The operators also built Curative OS, a CRM for messy-title deals.[2]
