About Smart Money Collective

Members get the group's insights on raising private money, sales training on finding, analysing and underwriting deals, and training on exit strategies from fix and flip, wholesale and wholetail to novations and creative finance.[1] There are weekly live group meetings and access to the group's resources.[1]

Smart Money Life is also the name of a brand and personal blog of Kevin Jimeno, a real estate entrepreneur.[2] Jimeno's website presents The Collective Lending Group, which specialises in funding Florida real estate home buyers and investors.[2] Jimeno and Jorie Aulston, both real estate investors since the early 2000s, host guests to help others get past the fear of getting started.[2]
