About The Taekwondo Blueprint

Courses cover technique, tactics, competition strategy, physical preparation, mobility, recovery and fight analysis, organised into learning paths.[1] Members also get live coaching sessions, challenges and training discussions with other athletes.[1] Bouzid's owner profile centres on the new style of the sport and working efficiently with its electronic systems.[1]

Bouzid's YouTube channel promotes the TKD Blueprint community and posts new long-form lessons every week, on topics from beginner fundamentals to competition strategy, physical preparation and athlete development.[2] On the channel, Bouzid gives a background as a former French National Team athlete and international medalist with over 15 years of competing and coaching.[2] A French press profile published in March 2019 presented Bouzid as a French taekwondo champion.[3] In it, Bouzid explained that the sport moved to its electronic system in order to remain an Olympic sport, a system first used at Olympic level in 2012.[3]
