About Barber Community by PRINCIPLES

Members get four bonus trainings: How To Cut Hair Like Sam Rascals, Joel Walsh & Dillon Field with downloadable head sheets, a lesson on how to section hair, a Hair Mechanics mini-course and Fading Theory.[1] The listing pitches the material at everyone from beginners to barbers who own multiple locations.[1]

The YouTube channel's tagline, "I build barbers into educators", matches the owner's Skool bio.[1][2] The Nathshapes website offers brand-building strategies for the hair industry and teaches haircutters how to become educators.[3] Joining its email list unlocks a How To Section Hair tutorial, and the list is the only way to get the Modern Haircutting Manual.[3] The site says it emails promotional content mostly daily, sometimes several times a day.[3]

A third-party academy hosted a Nath Shapes 3 day Precision Cutting Course on October 26th to 28th, 2025, with a day of theory followed by two hands-on days.[4] That page describes Nath Shapes as a partner educator with Mazella & Partners.[4]
