About 6 Figure Salon Suite Challenge
Over the five days the challenge covers how to fund, find, build and market a salon suite, from starting with little money out of pocket and choosing a location to filling the suites.[2] Each day is held live on Zoom for VIP members, and the sessions are recorded for participants.[2] Access to this Skool group comes with the VIP ticket, while the general ticket includes a separate challenge community group.[2]
McKinney began as a barber-stylist before building a chain of salon suites, and she founded Encore Salon Suites, which lets beauty professionals own and run their own businesses and sells franchises.[2][3] Her swaythepro.com site offers hair and beauty education through an online training portal, including a Salon Suite Startup Course and an ebook, The Secret to the Salon Suite Business.[3] The challenge page says she has spoken at conferences and expos as an official salon suite educator at the Bronner Bros. International Beauty Show.[2] On YouTube she describes herself as a salon suite mentor and coach and promotes free live events on opening a salon suite business in a viewer's own city.[4]
