About STG Academy

Its training vault covers how to lead with vision, clarity, KPIs and conviction, recruit and retain A-players, streamline onboarding and build a values-driven sales culture that scales.[1] Members also get live Q&As and leadership round tables, with live calls with Groth, guest sales leaders and case studies from STG clients.[1]

Sales Transformation Group, which Groth founded in 2018, is a coaching and sales training company that works only with contractors in HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical and general contracting.[2] The company's website lists coaching, sales training and fractional sales management built on the Baseline Selling Methodology and a 36-Milestone Journey, with virtual and on-site training.[3] It places free courses and the Skool community at the start of a ladder that climbs to on-site workshops and Boardroom coaching.[4] As of September 2026, its paid Core Membership cost $750 a month at a flat rate for all locations and included every course, every group coaching call and all nine live regional events.[5]
