About Next Level Notary Agency

Members get direct training and can put questions to, and network with, the signing agents working with Comfortable Closings, and a free Notary Signing Agent Starter Checklist is pinned in the community feed.[1]

Comfortable Closings, a signing service operating nationwide, finds trained notaries to close real estate transactions and works with real estate brokerages, mortgage lenders and title companies.[2] It handles refinances, home purchases and sales, reverse mortgages, quitclaim deeds and home equity lines of credit.[3] Each order is assigned to a notary who attends the closing, documents are exchanged through a secure online portal, and clients receive live status updates.[2][4][5] The company says its signing agents cover every one of the 50 states as well as the U.S. territories, and its website recruits notaries to join its team.[4]

Comfortable Closings is run by Calvin Darville, who was profiled in August 2021, and a separate career profile describes him as the owner of a service that contracts notaries anywhere in the country.[2][3]
