About Afro Academy: Hair Growth

Members learn to build a hair care routine through 9-day step-by-step guides matched to their main hair issue, in-depth hair care courses, and weekly routine audits and accountability calls.[3] The group also includes a Hair Product Cheat Sheet, a Wash Day Routine Builder, a Hair Growth Checklist and chat with a trichologist about hair issues.[3] It is aimed at people facing chronic dryness, thinning, locs care, curls that will not define or hair that stops growing past a certain length, as well as parents struggling with a child's hair.[3] New members start with a free trial that unlocks the cheat sheet and routine builder, which the BigHeadJustice site describes as a 7-day trial.[1][3]

Jackson began creating content in July 2019 and writes a blog called The Curl Diaries.[1][2] On YouTube, Jackson posts biweekly videos on hair basics, growth, damage repair, routines, product education and styling.[2] The BigHeadJustice website at bigheadjustice.com also offers free hair guides and quizzes on porosity, thickness, density and ideal style.[4]
