The operator, Dr. Osama Imam, owns Dynamic Physio, a mobile, private-pay practice offering Osteopractic Physical Therapy in Metro Detroit.[2] The practice does not work through insurance, and its services include dry needling, spinal manipulation, ultrasonography, cupping and IASTM.[3][4] He teaches dry needling as a senior instructor with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) and holds Fellow status with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.[2][3] His clinical interests include low back pain, post-concussion syndrome, whiplash associated disorders, temporomandibular disorders and headaches.[2]
