9D Breathwork Community is the Skool group of 9D Breathwork, a breathwork method founded by Brian Kelly.[1][2] The group was created in 2022.[2] The method combines somatic breathwork with nine layered tracks of structured audio.[3] The company lists the nine dimensions as breath, sound, music, movement, touch, frequency, guided meditation, binaural brain entrainment and somatic release techniques.[1]

About 9D Breathwork Community

The free entry point is a 5-Day Nervous System Reset Challenge.[2] Members also get 9D Soundscape Journeys on themes such as stress, anxiety, procrastination and motivation.[2] Premium workshops and deeper journeys unlock as members engage, through a gamified system.[2] The group presents breathwork as a way to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension.[2]

9D Breathwork's YouTube channel offers guided breathwork aimed at regulating the nervous system, including talks in which Kelly discusses chronic stress, fight or flight and the neuroscience of breathing.[3] As of September 2026, the channel listed a Letting Go Journey at $97.[3] The company states its mission as making breathwork accessible and training and supporting a worldwide network of facilitators.[1] Its facilitator training, which it markets as a way to make a business out of a passion for breath, comes with a facilitator kit that is ready to use.[4]
