About Restoring Your Kingdom

The program has four phases.[1] Phase 1, Foundation + Toxic Load, covers water, daily movement, whole foods and cutting down exposures.[1] Phase 2, Gut + Food, covers food quality, digestion, inflammation and gut support.[1] Phase 3, Detox + Environment, covers heavy metals, parasites, mold and exposures in the home.[1] Phase 4, Hormones + Recovery, deals with sleep, cortisol, hormones, nervous system health, recovery and strength.[1] Each phase unlocks monthly, and fat loss and muscle building are offered as an optional path alongside them.[1] The listing also says members will join group discussions and attend sessions with licensed professionals as well as experienced practitioners.[1]

The Restoring Your Kingdom website frames its aim as helping people in a world that keeps them tired, inflamed and disconnected.[2] The community's YouTube channel posts weekly videos on what it calls everyday things damaging health, among them ultra-processed food, toxic products, gut damage and chemical exposure.[3] The channel describes its style as real food and real health, with no jargon and no fear.[3]
