Members learn to find, evaluate, market, negotiate and manage vacant land deals through step-by-step training, live coaching, software guidance and a community.[1] The method is called The Land on Demand Blueprint: vacant land is sourced to fill orders from builders who are waiting to buy, without the flipper owning or funding the land or needing a licence.[2] It is taught as a five-step process for flipping land to builders.[2]
The landfliptraining.com site, which carries the Deal Flip Formula name, registers visitors for a free land flipping workshop held on a Wednesday at 7pm Eastern.[2] On that site, Mineo says the system taught inside Deal Flip Formula is the one still used on current land deals.[2] A YouTube channel tied to the brand shows how to build a land flipping business from scratch.[3]
The masterclass is offered for educational and informational purposes only, and the disclaimer states that "Alex Mineo and The Deal Flip Formula make no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or specific results."[2] The site adds that it is not a "get rich quick" program.[2]
