About Your Job Lady

Members get career resources, classroom training videos, workshops, networking, job leads and accountability.[1] The group presents its method as career strategy combined with job search automation, set out in three steps: sign up, prepare and automate.[1] The prepare step covers choosing a career direction, strengthening a résumé and setting up and optimising a LinkedIn profile, while the automate step aims to streamline job discovery, widen outreach and keep follow-up moving.[1]

Peachtree Careers' flagship product is the Interview Engine, which the company describes as a done-for-you automated job search system that puts a résumé in front of hiring managers minutes after suitable remote roles are posted.[2] As of September 2026 it cost $297 and included community and calendar access, with live events, workshops and weekly accountability sessions, as well as mock interviews, behavioral prep and salary negotiation coaching.[2] The company also runs Remote Jobs Workshops, which as of September 2026 cost $25 with 15 seats per class.[2][3] Houston's YouTube channel covers remote job leads, customer service and other work-from-home roles, what recruiters look for, and résumé, LinkedIn, interview and application tips.[3]
