About WeRallOK Resilient Families

The listing presents the group as the home of Resilient Families in Ramadan, a daily series of conversations in which a graduate recounts their own experience of resilience, spanning parenting struggles, marital challenges and questions of faith.[1] Members are invited to join each day and share their reflections.[1]

The academy describes its work on emotional and spiritual wellbeing as fitrah focused, grounded in the way Islam understands how human experience works.[2] It supports families at home and partners with schools to build fitrah protective practice into education.[2] Its programmes include a guided program and workbook for adults on understanding their inner world and reducing reactivity, a programme for parents of teenagers navigating identity, emotions and growing independence, and a coach training programme whose coaches, the academy says, are not trained to analyse, manage or fix people.[2] In partnership with Sidr Productions it offers ISEL and Happy Hearts Solutions, the latter a range of fitrah aligned resources supporting children's emotional and spiritual wellbeing at home and in school.[2]

The academy's YouTube channel is aimed at mentors, parents, educators and community leaders of young Muslims, and covers youth identity and belonging, emotional wellbeing and resilience, parenting and tarbiyah, and Islamic education and mentoring.[3]
