About Seeking Wholeness

Members get recordings of group coaching sessions with Alasry, and masterclasses and interviews with guest coaches and experts on building healthy marriages, healing trauma, wholistic health, deen and mental well-being.[1] The group also offers a community of Muslim women sharing their healing journeys, and journal prompts for shadow work.[1]

Alasry's YouTube channel links to an application for one-to-one coaching.[2] A separate webinar page promotes a free three-step process for healing trauma without compromising deen, and gives Alasry's mission as helping Muslims worldwide get unstuck and heal from trauma.[3]

The channel states that its videos serve educational purposes only, that the information does not substitute for professional medical advice given in person, and that it cannot stand in for the services of a physician, therapist or other qualified professional.[2]
