About WarPlan Coaching

Members get a five-day "Close The Gap" challenge, weekly training material, a weekly newsletter, lessons the group calls "Decentralized Coaching Secrets", and a community discussion about marketing, mindset and money.[1] F.R.A.P. is built on four levers, Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket and Pricing, each with four "money moves", and is aimed at the customers a business already has.[3]

WarPlan presents itself as the company behind FRAP, and both of its sites carry the name Honor & Fire LLC.[3][4] It sells training, software and live events, including Profit Academy, which builds a custom F.R.A.P. Profit Plan with step-by-step "Money Making Missions", AI tools and weekly coaching.[4][5] A second path trains members to help other business owners and to launch their own local mastermind under what WarPlan calls a "Decentralized Coaching" model.[3][4] As of September 2026, 1:1 consulting with weekly calls was limited to five clients at $100,000.[4] The operator's YouTube channel covers the same ground, training business owners, coaches, consultants and trainers in the F.R.A.P. Formula and in launching and growing local masterminds.[6]

The FRAP site states that results are not typical, that they depend on individual effort, the market and other factors, and that the experiences it shows belong to specific individuals and do not guarantee anyone else's results.[3]
