About Virtual Workmate Academy

Members get free VA training courses covering systems, social media, admin and editing, weekly growth sessions on skills and mindset, connections to clients hiring Filipino VAs, and a community of fellow members the group calls Workmates.[1]

The client side of the business, virtualworkmate.co, helps Australian businesses hire remote staff based in the Philippines, screening candidates for English, skills, attitude, equipment and role fit.[2] It also handles onboarding, payroll, account management and replacement support, and most placements take around two to four weeks.[2] As of September 2026, client plans cost $1,500 a month for 20 hours a week or $2,500 a month for 40 hours, excluding GST, with a minimum three-month commitment and a two-week money-back guarantee.[2]
