About Construction Trends
Beyond the tracker, the group helps members find projects in their area, connect with the developer or general contractor, recruit skilled tradesmen and get their products specified.[1] To qualify, members must work for a contractor or supplier, have experience on big projects and be ready to work.[1] New members book a free onboarding call and download the spreadsheet from the Classroom, and the tracker comes with a 7-day free trial that can be cancelled anytime.[1]
The group is run by Ryan Hart, a licensed commercial insurance broker who helps contractors get bonded and insured.[2] Hart also sends a weekly private memo on where the market is headed to executives at large US construction companies, with places taken through a waitlist application.[2] Hart's site is published by Ryan Hart Publishing LLC.[2]
