The Student Loan Doctor serves clients nationwide with questions about federal student loan repayment.[2] Its paid services cover repayment plan selection, default rehabilitation, loan consolidation, first-time home buying as it relates to student loans, and budgeting for undergraduate or graduate school.[2] The company offers a free discovery call for federal loans only and free loan-forgiveness classes, and it does not help clients obtain new student loans.[2] Its website also carries a podcast, a blog and a shop.[2]
