About Business Lending Masterclass

Members get step-by-step training, scripts, tools and templates, and a community.^[1] BLB's own program, the Blueprint, requires up-front payment, with financing options, and covers business and start-up lending options, paid and unpaid advertising, and access to lenders for more than ten products.^[2]^[3] Each Blueprint member is assigned a coach for weekly one-on-one Zoom calls, Konar runs Q&A calls every Thursday, and members receive a website at Module 3.^[2]

Konar hosts the Business Loan Broker Show, and BLB says he has written two books.^[3]^[4]

BLB's website says the program is not for anyone seeking a get-rich-quick button, that there are no additional fees or upsells after joining, and that a conditional refund applies if it does not work out.^[2]^[3] As of September 2026, its FAQ put a brokerage's tools and services at about $10 to $160 a month.^[2]
