Its method has four steps: find a hungry audience, build a production-grade product, learn to market and sell it, and deliver what was promised.[1] Members get a 4-Week MVP Sprint for validating a problem and building a minimum viable product, plus monthly live strategy sessions.[1] A co-host's YouTube channel covers n8n, Microsoft Power Platform and AI Foundry, and how to automate repetitive tasks.[3]

EntreNova AI, Inc. builds enterprise AI on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 and sells an operations product, TenSight Ops.[4] Guidry also writes Binary Business Weekly, a free Monday newsletter that scores one EntreNova AI decision each week against the Binary Decision Scorecard, and released 16 episodes of the Binary Business podcast between January and February 2026.[5]
