About Relentless Co.

The group stresses accountability and a clear path as answers to overwhelm and procrastination.[1] The owner's profile is about ecommerce, and the linked YouTube channel, in the name of James Eardley, carries the line "Scaling and freeing ecom business owners."[1][2]

Eardley's website sells a separate paid service, a 90-day implementation for established ecommerce brands that depend too heavily on their founder.[3][4] The site says a team identifies the bottleneck, hands agreed recurring work to accountable owners and installs supporting systems, then spends the last 30 days testing the operation with the founder involved only at defined decision points.[3] A free ecommerce execution scorecard on the site takes around 5 minutes and sends a score and bottleneck analysis by email.[3]
