The Wealthy Welder Club is a Skool community for welders who want to turn their skill into a career, from high school and welding students to beginners and experienced welders.[1] It contrasts itself with welding schools, which it says teach how to run beads, by focusing on building a welding career.[1] Members get a resume template aimed at landing weld tests, a training on finding welding work that covers what to say, where to go and how to get hired, and a guide to preparing for weld tests.[1] Welding tutorials and practical shop and field knowledge are also included, along with job opportunities.[1] Weekly live calls bring direct mentorship from Kenny Stew, a rig welder, and members share a private community with other welders.[1] The Skool group was created in November 2025.[1]
