The Engineering Exchange is a Skool community on engineering and product development, built around sharing, learning and mentoring.[1] Its courses include Engineering is Context, Engineering Leadership, Product Development Process and the Parts of the Day series, with more added over time.[1] Members get mentorship, support and accountability from the community, resume reviews and career development mentoring, and weekly live Q&A sessions with one-to-one help.[1] New members are offered an introductory Zoom call that walks through the content, and twice a month a live masterclass goes deep on a topic the community chooses, such as prototyping, and is saved as a course.[1] The group's ground rules ask members to talk about real parts and decisions, ask why before how, and respect manufacturing, vendors and constraints.[1] The group was created in January 2026.[1]
