About Biotech Career Coach

Members get a tailored resume and cover letter written for them, an interactive coaching platform, and feedback on LinkedIn profiles, application materials and interview preparation.[2] There is a weekly live Q&A, office hours twice a week, and a full course library of templates, scripts and recorded seminars.[1][2] Interview preparation draws on the frameworks hiring managers use to assess candidates.[2] The YouTube channel adds a 7-Day Interview Accelerator, an AI career coach tool, and a points system that rewards taking part with monthly coaching prizes.[3]

Biotech Career Coach is also a podcast.[3] Its coach writes Career Coach, a BioSpace column for biotech job seekers, and is founder and CEO of Recruitomics Consulting, a talent acquisition firm for startup biotechs.[4]
