On its own website, Creative Strategy Club, or CSC, calls itself a career ecosystem for Creative Strategists, a role it places between customer insight, ideas, production and performance.[2] CSC was founded by Tom, who built ecommerce businesses before creating it; Felicia, a Creative Strategist, built and leads the Academy program, and Nina coaches members.[2] As of September 2026, the site offered three paid tiers: Academy at €97 a month, Operators at €197 a month, and a third tier, open by qualification only, at €497 a month.[2]
