BuildUp is a development firm led by Arthur and Ruben Ryapolov that guides investors through every stage of a real project, from land to exit.^[2] Its consulting follows the process the firm runs on its own projects, in five stages: land acquisition and zoning, underwriting and deal analysis, capital and lender access, construction and project management, and exit strategy and scale.^[2] Clients and community members get access to the lender, builder and supplier network the firm uses on its own projects.^[2]
