About AI Builder's Boardroom

The group is not tied to one tool and works with Claude, Codex, n8n or whatever a job needs.[1] Each month the whole group ships the same build as a challenge, and members start with the task taking up most of their week before moving to the next one.[1] Members see the systems the host runs for real clients, get feedback on their own builds and keep every build for reuse.[1]

The community is run by Alex Safari, founder of Loopsera, a small team that builds AI agents for service businesses.[2][3] On YouTube, Safari shows small business owners how to put their admin on AI through client builds, AI tool tests and commentary on new AI releases, and the templates from each video are offered through the community.[3] Loopsera's client systems, built with tools like Claude, include AI receptionists, booking agents, invoice chasing and quote follow-up.[3] The agency offers a 30-minute audit to established service businesses, including agencies, trades, clinics and professional firms.[2] As of September 2026, Loopsera said most of its builds cost between $2,500 and $15,000 as a one-time price and most first builds go live within 2 to 4 weeks of plan approval.[2]
