Lefler works as a spiritual teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and shamanic energy practitioner, and draws on a background in library and information science.[2][3] Lefler's YouTube channel discusses spirituality, grief, healing, energetics, leadership, personal agency, Jewish spirituality and folk traditions, which together make up what the channel calls Shamanic Leadership.[2] Lefler's website centres on stabilising money so that people can lead from steadiness rather than survival mode.[4][5] It also lists work on spiritual practice and ritual, grief and life transitions, and business and leadership, as well as the Hex & Harmony Podcast.[4][5]
As of September 2026, Lefler's storefront on Zylvie listed the Money Stabilization Lab membership and The Weekly Reset.[3] In the same month, the storefront also listed Shamanic Healing and Shamanic Leadership for Business.[3]
