About ELEVATE Circle

Its listing promotes a cohort called "Recalibration & Vision-Setting for 2026", ten coaching sessions held every Wednesday to set strategy for the year, addressed to women.[1]

Hansen-Quao describes herself as a speaker, author, leader-developer and advisor.[1] A profile by the EJS Center names her as the founder of an organisation that nurtures women leaders and one of the co-founders of Impact Hub Accra, a space in Ghana for entrepreneurship and innovation.[2] She has also been Executive Director of Emerging Public Leaders and a leadership consultant to UN Women, developing leadership curricula for women leaders across Southern and East Africa.[2] In 2016 she received an Eisenhower Fellowship for her work developing women leaders.[2]
