SkillWOD is a Skool program for CrossFit athletes who are stuck on particular skills and want to improve their technique.[1] It is built around 13 skill programs, among them pull-ups, muscle-ups, double-unders and Olympic lifting, each with three levels of progression from beginner to advanced.[1] The listing counts more than 330 lessons, drills and progressions, plus a mobility protocol for front rack, overhead and deep squat positions.[1] Coach Monroe gives daily analysis of training videos, and a daily SkillWOD technique workout targets skills members do not practise in their usual training.[1] The listing offers a 30-day trial, with money back and no questions asked for anyone who does not see the value.[1] The group was created in January 2024.[1]
