About Project Hero

Members get the themed training plans, done-for-you meal plans, a Lean Athletic Cookbook and a step-by-step fat loss course.[1] Coaching comes through monthly group calls with the group's owner, plus a single one-on-one call.[1] Members also join a private community of fellow superhero and anime fitness fans, and the listing says more material is added every month.[1] The group was created in September 2024.[1]
