Members get weekly step-by-step workout programmes, a daily accountability chat, and group workouts, hangouts and challenges.[1] Nutrition plans set for different body types and goals sit alongside healthy recipes and content strategy lessons on hooks and formats.[1] VIP bonuses add live Zoom calls with West, VIP Q&As and shout-outs in West's YouTube videos.[1] A 60-day challenge the group promoted in September 2026 offered entrants a chance to work out with West.[1]
