Tattoo Masterclass is a Skool program that teaches tattooing from the absolute basics to advanced techniques, run by tattoo artist Torsten Malm.[1][2][3] Malm began teaching with hands-on workshops in 2019, took the teaching online in 2021, ran 1:1 coaching for years, and in July 2024 folded it all into the Tattoo Masterclass on Skool.[2] The site calls the program built from that coaching the Artist Growth Masterclass Accelerator (AGMA).[4]

About Tattoo Masterclass

The curriculum starts with machine control, lining and shading, then moves through black and grey, grey wash and sepia to realism, with further courses on color realism, Procreate design and photographing tattoo work.[2][4] Members get four live coaching calls a month for critique, Q&A and seminars, plus The Corner Loop, which the about text describes as a convention judge on members' work daily.[1] A second instructor, Kätlin, teaches her own color realism seminars and fronts live critiques, and the site lists guest spots, apprenticeships and collaborations with studios around the world.[2][4]

The site describes Malm as a color realism tattoo artist and a judge at major tattoo competitions.[2] Malm co-founded the aftercare brand Tattoo Armour in 2019, has a signature machine, the Kajaste × Malm AURORA, and appears on the INTENZE Pro Team roster.[2] Malm also posts weekly technique videos on YouTube and offers a free tattoo course there.[3]
